Located Beside Knox Presbyterian Church in Indian Brook.
The North Shore War Memorial Society was established in July of 1997 and became incorporated in December of
that year.
The purpose of the organization was to raise enough money to purchase a
monument in dedication of the men and women who served our country during
World War I and II. Through fundraising and community support, the group
was able to purchase this important monument This monument stands at the
Knox Presbyterian Church in Indian Brook. Each year there is a dedication
service held for these men and women near Remembrance Day in November.
